Julie is absolutely amazing!!! The BEST in the area for sure!! She helped me buy the house 6 years ago, and sell it now, with a very tight timeline. Julie is a gem. This was not a straight-forward sale. She helped to justify that renovations would get a better net outcome, worked w/us to secure that, helped to get an after the fact building permit, navigate the quagmire of the Condo Association - in short worked miracles, all with a positive attitude and a smile on her face. My only disappointment is that I didn't get the chance to wish her a Merry Christmas - so Merry Christmas Julie and thanks for all you did to make this sale happen.
